Hyperion Ambilight output to GPIO

Hi all,
Sorry for my newbie question. I recently got an atomic pi and would love to install hyperion and using the avaialble gpio as MOSI and Clk pin for the LEDs (similar to the one on Rasp Pi).
Has anyone done this or could you advise how should I do this?

Hi....my solution for this was simply using a master-slave power strip. It turns off all other power sources when my AV receiver turns off (so TV, raspberry, LED PSU, lights for the cupboards and subwoofer all go off together).
