At the age of 4, Wong grew up in Canada and graduated from McGill University in Montreal. Wong Wing-ka entered the industry by contesting the Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2023. The winners and runners-up were Zhuang Zi-xuan, Wang Yi-ran and Wang Min-tsi respectively. In the talent show, Wong played the theme song My Heart Will Go On
from the movie Titanic
on the shepherd's flute.
